Kat is a special bunny, not used to human handling when she arrived and determined to live wild, she's finally mellowed allowing gentle petting. Her blue eyes are gorgeous, but she always seems to look afraid. Maybe that's because her rescuers tried to catch her over a course of months in Morristown, through hurricane and severe snow storm. In her cage she's litter pan trained, loves hanging out on nice days in a hutch outside, LOVES fresh veggie/fruit treats (slightly chubby), but isn't interested in a healthy relationship with other rabbits. If interested in adopting a bunny companion, pls email [email removed] for an application. Kat is a special bunny so if you don't have a good vet reference, pls do not bother applying. We will not adopt her to a first time pet owner. Poor Kat sat in her foster home for 4 months waiting to be picked up by her potential approved adopters in xxxx, but they eventually stopped making appts for pick up.
